My name is Mila Shmurak—mom of four and founder of Bare Pits, WOMENEEDZ, and Reiki & Rhythm With Mila. There was a time when emotional pain began showing up as physical symptoms. My nervous system was overwhelmed, and despite years of yoga and mindfulness, I couldn’t find true peace or release.
Then I discovered Reiki, and everything began to shift. As I opened to this universal energy, layers of pain lifted, my body healed, and my spirit awakened. Reiki reconnected me to life’s flow and reminded me that true healing begins within.
Now, as a Certified Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, I channel universal life force energy with intuitive vision and compassion—helping others release what they hold, restore balance, and reconnect to their natural harmony. I also share mindful tools and grounding practices so healing continues long after each session. Additionally, I offer sessions in Russian, as a first-generation speaker, allowing me to connect deeply with private groups, workplaces, and communities who prefer a Russian-speaking experience. We offer a range of Reiki services in Orange County and surrounding areas, including in-person and distance healing sessions, Reiki classes and workshops, and Reiki-infused products. I use a variety of techniques to tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients.
